Return and Refund

It typically takes 1-3 business days after we receive the Items at our facility to complete the RMA process. You will be either refunded or notified after the completion of the RMA. Some RMA’s can take longer due to backlogs and shipping exceptions. 

Refund will be applied to the same form of payment used or as store credit. 

How to Start a Return

1. Click on the “Contact us” Tab at the Top Right corner of the web page.

2. Enter your information.

3. Write a brief note about the items and issues. Submit the request.

4. Print a copy of the email you receive and put it in the package with your items.

5. Shipping the returned items to Lenwell is the buyer’s responsibility. Ship or bring the Items to:

• All the Items repaired or sold by us within 30 days without any physical damages, misuse or water damages will be accepted.

• All brand-new unused items will be accepted.

• All items that are covered under the RMA policy will be repaired, issued a store credit or exchanged.

• All store credits issued will be based on current pricing.

• All items that has been opened or repaired by anyone other than Lenwell employees will not be accepted.

• Any damaged items due to improper installation, removal or misuse will not be accepted.

• Any signs of pressure points on any LCD will not be accepted. They will be considered damaged by improper installation or misuse.

• Any LCD that has been installed will not be covered under the Warranty. Please make sure the LCD works before installing it.
