If you want to mail-in your device for repair, please follow the instructions below:

• Place the order online
• Write down the order number, device models and your contact information on a piece of paper
• Pack the paper and your devices together, make sure the device won’t be damaged during shipping.
• Send the package to Lenwell, 5750 Bintliff Drive Ste 210, Houston, Texas 77036
  
• Upon receiving the package, we will repair the device and ship it back on the same day. Devices received after 3 pm will be repaired and shipped in the next business day.
